Why Claude Partners exists

A company looking for an AI provider runs into three walls: it cannot assess a skill in a market with no frame of reference, it receives quotes that cannot be compared because no one describes the same scope, and it spends weeks sourcing only to, often, end up doing nothing.

Conversely, many excellent providers — freelancers, small firms — are invisible because they have neither a marketing budget nor the time to build one.

Nothing to pay to be listed. A directory that charges an entry fee selects the providers with an advertising budget, not those who deliver well. We prefer to be paid on results: 20% of the engagements actually won through the platform, paid by the provider. The client company never pays anything.

A fixed grid. Every profile shows the same fields — areas of expertise, sectors worked in, deliverables, technologies. The day rate only appears if the provider gave it to us themselves; we estimate it for no one. A provider who claims their profile describes their offers in the same format as everyone else: scope, deliverable, starting price, timeframe. That stops anyone gaining visibility through the quality of their layout alone.

No fake volume. We present no fictitious profile as real to give the illusion of a well-stocked directory: the sample profiles that showed the format to future providers have been removed. The counter shows the number of profiles actually published, and each profile states whether it was claimed by its owner or compiled by us from public information.

Claude Partners is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, partnered with or endorsed by Anthropic PBC, the maker of Claude. The name “Claude” appears on this site for descriptive purposes, to refer to the tool the listed providers work with — just as a directory of developers may mention a programming language.

A directory that ranks providers should say what ties it to the market it ranks. The same publisher runs Claude Agency, an AI marketing agency for training organisations: SEO, Google Ads and Qualiopi paperwork. It has no profile in this directory, which lists freelancers, agencies, IT services firms and software vendors, and it gets no ranking priority. Should it ever be among the providers proposed for a project, we tell the company in writing before the introduction.

Our consultants, on the other hand, do have profiles: they are presented on the Claude Agency team page, and their profiles say so. The rest of the rules — how a profile is compiled, how a ranking is calculated — are published on the transparency page. On choosing between a firm and a freelancer, we have written what we think: AI agency or AI freelancer, which to choose.

The service has just opened, across the French-speaking world: France, Belgium, Switzerland, Canada and Luxembourg. The directory is filling up, the first introductions are made by hand, and payment for engagements does not yet go through the platform. We prefer to say so rather than suggest a more mature service than it is.

This English version is for providers outside the French-speaking world who want to join. The companies posting projects are French-speaking, and most engagements take place in French.
