Providers (registration form)

Display name, status, business email, website, country, city, years of experience, introduction, areas of expertise, sectors, offers, indicative rate, availability.
Purpose: publication of the profile in the directory and forwarding of matching company projects.
Legal basis: performance of pre-contractual and contractual measures.
Publication: the email address is never published. The other fields are.

Companies (posting a project)

Company name, headcount, contact name, email, country, sector, description of the project, intended budget, deadline.
Purpose: qualification of the project and introduction to providers.
Legal basis: consent, collected explicitly in the form.
Transmission: the project is passed on to the selected providers, including the contact details, which is the very purpose of the service.

Assisted writing

The free text you enter in the writing assistant is sent to a language model to extract a profile structure from it. This text is not kept by Claude Partners beyond the processing of the request, and is not used to train any model. You can fill in the form manually without using this feature.

Project cost estimate

On the “How much does an AI project cost” page, if you request the breakdown by email: your address and your four answers to the simulator.
Purpose: sending you the detailed estimate and following up on requests.
Legal basis: consent, by submitting the form.

Provider area

To edit or claim a profile: your email address, the address of the profile and, if you leave one, your message. The login link is sent by email; the changes submitted are reviewed by the team before going online.
Purpose: identifying you as the owner of the profile and processing your changes.
Legal basis: performance of the service you request.

• Published provider profile: until a deletion request, effective within 72 hours.
• Rejected or unfinished profile: 6 months.
• Posted project: 24 months from posting.
• Email exchanges: 3 years from the last contact.

• Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting, delivery and database (D1).
• Anthropic PBC — processing of the free text submitted to the writing assistant, for that sole purpose.
• Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, Paris) — sending of transactional emails: login links, acknowledgements of receipt, forwarding of projects.
• The listed providers, recipients of the projects forwarded to them.

Some of these processors are established outside the European Union. Transfers take place on the basis of the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

We measure this site’s audience — pages viewed, source of the visit — for statistical and improvement purposes, with Google Analytics. The site also carries the Google Ads tag, which counts the conversions from our campaigns. Both tools may use cookies or trackers; you can manage them or object to them in your browser settings.

If you arrive on the site from a Google ad, the identifier of that click is kept for 90 days in your browser. If you then post a project, it is recorded with your request. It allows us to tell Google Ads which ads led to a request or an engagement, and nothing else.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Write to contact@claudepartners.fr with the subject [Données]; we reply within one month. You may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for the publisher, the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (КЗЛД), or with the authority of your country of residence — in France, the CNIL.
