Terms and conditions
This is a translation provided for convenience. The French version is the only legally binding one: Conditions générales.
These terms govern the use of the Claude Partners service, available at claudepartners.fr, which puts companies looking for services related to artificial intelligence in touch with independent providers offering those services.
Claude Partners is an intermediary that makes introductions. It is not a party to the contracts concluded between companies and providers, performs no services, does not take part in negotiations and exercises no control over the performance of engagements.
Claude Partners does not certify the skills, qualifications or references appearing on the profiles, whether they were taken from public information when the profile was compiled or declared afterwards by a provider who has claimed it. Before publication, it checks that profiles are complete and apparently consistent.
A profile submitted on or after 5 October 2026 that does not pass this check within 48 hours of its submission is published with the notice “Incomplete profile” (« Fiche incomplète »), together with the items it is missing. The notice disappears as soon as the provider completes their profile.
Registration and publication of a profile are free of charge at present. Claude Partners reserves the right to introduce a paid offer for providers; any such change would be notified thirty days in advance and would have no retroactive effect. The provider guarantees the accuracy of the information they publish and undertakes not to mention any certification, reference, partnership or affiliation that they would be unable to substantiate. Any manifestly false information results in the immediate removal of the profile.
The provider may request the deletion of their profile at any time; it takes effect within seventy-two hours.
Posting a project and the introduction are free of charge and entail no obligation to enter into a contract. The company agrees that the information in its project, including its contact details, may be passed on to the selected providers.
A commission of 20% of the amount excluding VAT of the engagement is payable by the provider when an engagement is entered into with a company following an introduction made by Claude Partners. The client company owes no sum whatsoever to Claude Partners, on any basis.
This commission applies to engagements entered into within twelve months of the introduction. It is not payable on an engagement cancelled before it starts; on an engagement that is interrupted, it is calculated on the amount actually invoiced.
The amount, the basis of calculation and the invoicing terms are communicated in writing to both parties at the time of the introduction. No commission is payable without this prior agreement.
The parties undertake to inform Claude Partners when an engagement resulting from an introduction is entered into. Deliberately circumventing this obligation constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in the removal of the profile of the provider concerned.
Claude Partners is bound by an obligation of means (best efforts). It cannot be held liable for the quality, timeliness, compliance or results of the services performed by the providers, nor for disputes arising between the parties introduced to each other.
Claude Partners may amend these terms; registered users are informed by email at least fifteen days before they come into force. Each party may stop using the service at any time, without notice or charge.
These terms are governed by Bulgarian law, pursuant to the country-of-origin principle set out in our legal notice. Failing an amicable settlement, disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Shumen (Bulgaria), where the publisher has its registered office, subject to mandatory rules and to the protective rules of jurisdiction applicable to consumers, who retain the right to bring proceedings before the courts of their State of residence.
In force since September 2026. Article 2 supplemented on 6 October 2026, extended on 11 October 2026 to profiles submitted on or after 5 October 2026.
