Launch phase. Payment for engagements does not yet go through the platform. During this period, the commission is invoiced directly to the provider, as agreed in writing with them at the time of the introduction. No commission is payable without this explicit prior agreement.

How does the Claude Partners commission work?

It is paid by the provider hired, at 20% of the amount excluding VAT of the accepted quote, and it applies to engagements started through the platform during the twelve months following the introduction. Nothing is added to the quote the company receives, and no commission is due on an engagement cancelled before it starts.

Who pays the commission?

The provider you hire. The client company pays nothing to Claude Partners, for anything: nothing is added to the quote, and it receives no invoice from us.

What amount is the commission calculated on?

On the amount excluding VAT of the engagement agreed between the company and the provider, as stated in the quote accepted following the introduction.

Why charge the provider rather than the company?

A commission added to the quote makes the provider more expensive than if they were contacted directly: it pushes both parties to bypass the platform. Charged to the provider, it becomes an acquisition cost, paid on revenue they would not have had without us.

What if the relationship continues after the first engagement?

The commission applies to engagements started through the platform during the 12 months following the introduction. After that, nothing more is due. This period is stated to both parties at the time of the introduction.

What happens if the engagement is cancelled?

No commission is due on an engagement cancelled before it starts. On an engagement interrupted midway, the commission applies to the amount actually invoiced.

Will the provider profile stay free?

It is free today: no subscription, no lead buying, no paid promotion option. We make no commitment to keep it free forever. If a paid offer were introduced, it would be announced thirty days in advance and with no retroactive effect.
