Claude provider, Claude AI expert: who can really help you?
A Claude AI expert is a provider who puts Anthropic’s Claude models into production — agents with tools, connection to your systems through the MCP protocol, processing of long documents, company-wide deployment — and their title is checked against deliverables, never against a claim. Our independent directory lists 399 of them in the French-speaking world. Here is when this profile is justified rather than an AI generalist, and the three questions that sort them out.

Four areas: agents with tools, the MCP protocol, long-context document work and enterprise deployments. Most AI integrators know how to call several models; a specialist in the Anthropic ecosystem stands out on these. In detail: agents with tools — assistants that carry out real actions in your systems, not just text; the MCP protocol, the open standard launched by Anthropic to connect a model to tools and data, which has become the normal route for integration; long-context document work — contracts, regulatory corpora, knowledge bases — where Claude is regularly chosen; and enterprise deployments (Claude via API or in-house, including governance of access and data). A provider who works on AI agents or RAG without ever having deployed these building blocks is not a Claude expert — which does not stop them being a good AI provider. The same standard applies when it comes to passing on skills rather than building: AI training led by a Claude expert starts from your teams’ real files, not from a tool demo.
The specialist is the right choice when the project relies on what is specific to the Anthropic ecosystem; otherwise, a generalist who knows your sector will do better. In detail, the specialist is justified for an agent connected to your tools via MCP, a demanding document assistant working on long documents, a company-wide Claude deployment, or industrialising development with Anthropic’s coding tools. For standard automation or a simple chatbot, mastery of your business weighs more than the technical camp. If in doubt, describe your project: we suggest the relevant profiles, specialists or not, free of charge.
By asking three precise questions: what deliverables they have already put into production with Claude, how they connect the model to your systems, and where your data goes. The title is not awarded, it is demonstrated. What have you put into production with Claude, and for whom? — the answer must name deliverables, not intentions. How do you connect the model to our systems? — the answer must go through MCP or a reasoned tool architecture, not copy-pasted prompts. Where does our data go, and under what contract? — a real specialist answers precisely, GDPR included. The directory profiles help you prepare for this conversation: they show the observed deliverables and the references cited, and the day-rate barometer gives you the budget order of magnitude by seniority.
There is no best AI expert in France, and this directory does not name one. A general ranking would have nothing to measure: needs have no common denominator between an agent connected to an ERP, a legal document assistant and industrialising a development team. The best Claude AI expert for you is the one whose already observed deliverables most resemble what you want to put into production — hence the full list rather than an editorial podium. If the question is not yet “which one” but “where to look”, the four routes are compared separately: finding an AI expert.
The order of our pages is not for sale either. Two placements are paid, and they are the only ones — the block at the top of the directory and first place in an area of expertise — and they are marked as such where they appear; the rest of the ranking does not depend on any payment. It is the same rule that forbids us from writing here that one provider is better than another.
We do not measure salaries: what we publish is the day rate of an independent provider. The Claude Partners market grid, published on 1 September 2026, puts a French-speaking AI provider at €300 excl. VAT per day for a junior, €500 for an experienced profile and €700 for a senior, depending on the seniority of the whole background — the details and the method are on the day-rate barometer. A well-scoped ten-day engagement at the middle tier therefore comes to around €5,000 excl. VAT.
These three tiers are a market benchmark, not anyone’s price. A directory profile only shows a rate if the person concerned gave it to us themselves: we do not estimate anyone’s price. A quote far below the junior tier deserves the same question as a quote far above the senior one — what is delivered, and by whom.
Claude Partners — this site — is an independent directory, with no affiliation to Anthropic PBC; the Claude Partner Network is Anthropic’s official partner programme. The first lists French-speaking AI providers — freelancers, agencies and consultancies — profile by profile. The second accredits consulting and integration firms: being listed there requires ten certified people and two Claude customers in production over twelve months (thresholds noted on 24 August 2026 from Anthropic’s announcement of 3 June 2026): the bar is not “large consultancy”, it is around ten practitioners — which still rules out most French-speaking AI providers (the four tiers in detail). The two can complement each other: a company looking for an official partner will go through Anthropic’s programme; one looking for a French-speaking freelancer, reachable this week and on the scale of an SME, will find one faster in a directory like this one, among the AI freelancers. If the choice between a firm and a freelancer has not yet been made, we have covered it in detail: AI agency or AI freelancer, which to choose.
